Questions

Is the Event Planner Binder a printed book?

No. It's a digital PDF download in A4 and US Letter. Print it at home or at a print shop at actual size (100%), or fill it in on a tablet with an annotation app.

Which paper size should I choose?

Both are included. A4 is standard in South Africa, the UK, Europe and Australia; US Letter is for the USA and Canada.

What does “pilot pricing” mean?

Our invitation service is new. These are introductory prices while we launch, and they may change after the pilot.

How do my guests RSVP?

With the Invite + RSVP and Full Guest Hub packages, guests reply on your event page from their phone. Their answers go straight into a private Google Sheet that's shared with you.

What happens to my guests' information?

It's used only to plan your event, and RSVP data is deleted 30 days after the event. Dietary or allergy notes are only collected if a guest ticks a consent box.

How do I share my invitation?

You receive an image sized for WhatsApp, a print-ready PDF and, with the RSVP packages, a link to your event page. Share them with your guests however you like.

When does the turnaround time start?

Once you've approved your brief. Turnaround times are targets in working days for the RSVP packages.
